You will release so much waste it is crazy... You will feel lighter after the clense. Just make sure you have easy access to a toilet... When it comes it comes... U got less than 5min. to find a restroom.

I am 45 year old female and have had chonic sluggish bowel and constipation (like not going to the bathroom for a week at a time) since I was a very young child. Went to all types of doctors, was prescribed medication, told to take miralax daily, etc. Nothing ever worked and no medical answers. Now as gross as it is, if you have never suffered this type of chronic constipation it actually makes you sick and you get to the point you cannot eat because of all the backed up toxins in your colon. I have always been very active, played sports, cylcling and running and drank at least a half gallon of water every day and still I was constipated. So that was not the probelm. I had tried every colon detox system on the market and spent lot of money. However, when I stumbled upon this product I took a chance and I have to say this has been the answer for me. The oxy-powder works wonderfula and as advertised. For me it is work the money. I have spent much more than this cost over the years for both prescription and colon cleansing products that did not deliver. Oxy-Power WORKS......try it and you will never use anything else.

I take 5 pills at 11pm on an empty stomach with a full bottle of water. The next day, usually between 10am and 12noon I will go to the bathroom (very liquidy, not to be too graphic)about 3 times during work and then an additional 2 more times in the evening. The trick is to drink a LOT of water. This insures movement. Otherwise it just gets stuck in there. I always lose 3-5 pounds of sheer waste every time. I also decreases my waist line and eliminates my "kangaroo pouch". I've been taking these pills "as needed" for over a year now and they work every time... I do notice, however, that If I take them for a few days in a row they lose their effect. My suggestion is take them one night out of every month as a maintenance routine. Other than liquidy stool for a few days i do not notice any other side effects. I feel better all around after each cleanse. Remember... If you're going to give it a shot... DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!!!!!!!!!

This product was okay, I don't know that I would recommend it. For a while it worked and kind of got me regular, I didn't even finish a bottle so I don't know how accurate I can review it. I managed to get myself regular just by watching my diet and so I have no need for a colon cleanse product. However of all the colon cleansers out there if you want to use one this would be the one I would actually recommend you try. But I would make sure you try it over a long weekend because you will spend a lot of time in the restroom at first.

This product is the only thing that has worked for me after years of both over the counter and prescription medicines. I have hard stools and this works just fine I can control how soft I want my stools to be. I took a bottle to my Doctor and she thanked me for telling her about the product. She wrote down the amazon.com address as health stores I had contacted did not carry Oxy-Powder. I digest my food better and feel better. I even experimented with yellow cheese and the Oxy-Powder worked. I did have to take more of the Oxy-Powder.

I have been using the product exactly as directed for 2 weeks now. So far NOTHING has changed, not a thing, not my bowel movements in any way, there is no effect at all from the tea no matter how long I leave the bag in. I am not sure where people come up with these great reviews.... the product is a high-priced rip off.

I ordered Colonix after reading reviews on the web site for several months. Everything they say is true. The photos (albeit) a little gross were the same results I had. You have a feeling of lightness. No cramps, no urgency. I am still a customer and use this product off and on as needed. Especially when I feel bloated and sluggish. I am glad to know I can order from Amazon, although I usually order 3 months worth from Dr. Natura and it is cheaper that way. But yes, the shipping is slower. I will probably order from Amazon since I'm a Prime member and have free 2 day shipping. I have IBS and this product takes care of it. I do not have to take Zelnorm which didn't work well for me anyway (crampy)and is harmful to your liver. I love the tea at night while watching TV in my bed.

I have done a lot of research on the toxic state of the average human body, and tried saunas, sweaty yoga, colonics, fasting, the master cleanse, and a couple of different colon cleanses. I now recommend cleansing with Colonix wholeheartedly as hands-down the most effective and important thing you can do immediately for your health. I recommend colon cleansing with this product over others for the following reasons: The Colonix cleanse is long, but comparatively easy to do, and more effective than other cleanses while being gentler. You get an intelligently designed product that works, and stellar customer service to hold your hand the whole way through. And the long testimonials online are a magnificent tool to inspire and inform you. 1.) Unlike short-duration cleanses, you can take Colonix for up to three months. It took your body a long time to get to the toxic state it's in (unless you've been living in a pristine environment and eating a perfect diet your whole life). You can't thoroughly cleanse in 7 or 21 days. Two to three months is much more realistic. 2.) It's easy to do this one because you don't have to make major dietary modifications (though you might surprise yourself with the food choices you'll start making once some junk gets cleaned out of your system). You don't have to go all-raw for a few days first, you don't have to go on juice only for a week... you just take the fiber & herbs in the morning and the tea at night. It's a simple addition to your regular routine instead of an overhaul. But the results are major. 3.) The customer service hotline is a super bonus! Whenever you have a question while doing the cleanse you can call them and immediately get a human being on the phone who can talk you through the finer points of cleansing. The guy who complained in his review that the product made his stools harder to pass, for example, could have called customer service and immediately learned that he needed to steep his evening tea for longer to assist him with moving his bowels in the first two weeks while things were getting moving again. No needless worry or suffering necessary. 4.) It's important that this particular cleanse eliminates parasites at the same time as it's sweeping old matter and mucus out of the body. A parasite cleanse or a colon cleanse on its own would be less effective. The design of this cleanse ensures that the fiber sweeps the dead parasites out quickly and that the parasites can't just hide in pockets of mucus and waste to avoid the herbs because those pockets are being removed simultaneously. Whether or not you are sure you have intestinal parasites (likelihood 85-95%), it's quite an intelligent product design. 5.) For best results, I recommend reading LOTS of the testimonials on the drnatura site, not just the handful of testimonials on page 1. The point is not to convince yourself that the product works as described (it does) but to learn as much as you can about the finer points of colon cleansing. There's a lot to it, and the people who have posted testimonials are real people from whose experiences everyone can learn. Many of them have included their email addresses in case you have questions. I also recommend googling parasites and parasite cleansing to read more about what you're actually undertaking. I think the site downplays the parasite part a bit because well it FREAKS PEOPLE OUT but to tackle the problem effectively you'd do best to face it head-on. So use their site as a tool but do your own research on the critters. A note on detoxing: All that said, the road back to good health isn't going to be as well-paved as the highway to poor health you were on. Detoxing is not a walk in the park! It's important to understand what detoxing is, and what it entails. If someone's going to complain that the product gave them a headache, well... drinking fiber can't give you a headache. What causes detox symptoms like headache, acne, or irritability is that the toxins stuck in the body have been stirred up and are being eliminated. Also the parasites die off and sometimes elevate ammonia levels which can make you feel yucky for a day or two until you pass them. This is a GOOD thing and should inspire you to continue until the detox symptoms are gone. Better out than in, yuck! Once you get over the hurdle of burning off your own dirty fuel, you feel indescribably better and have tons more energy. That's where all the life-changing potential is. Good luck!

I purchased this product a few weeks ago after taking my chances despite some of the strange comments on different message boards. I was concerned about the reviews stating it caused constipation and headaches. The only time I got a headache was when I didn't drink enough water, which the product states could happen. I didn't have any constipation, but on the days that I drank significantly less water than recommended, I did notice I was a little more bloated than usual. I have been very regular, at least once per day, sometimes twice and no hard stools. I've felt refreshed and energetic, though I'm not sure if that's from the product or not. I don't have any complaints about the product as of yet, but am still taking it, so I will post otherwise should it happen. My suggestion while taking this product would be to follow the directions as noted. I did have to brew the tea a little longer than the 2-3 minutes during the 1st 5 days, and for about 7-10 minutes after that. No rushing to the bathroom for me. Too much water or too little water don't help. Try to stick to the recommended amount. Hope this review helps and good luck if you decide to try the product.

I purchased the Colonix program and at first, it did not work very well. That was because I WAS NOT FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS. Once I committed myself to following the directions, it did was it was supposed to do. No two people's bodies are going to react exactly the same to any product, and subsequently we should all have some variations in our experiences. But overall, we should all have similar "basic" outcomes. The review posted by SONIAfm... had to be a competitor. That was the longest over dramatization of words and experiences that I have ever read. I don't believe ANYTHING that she posted. I am moving on to Step-2 and am purchasing the Toxinout today. I'm optimistic and am sure this program will improve my bowel health.

This product is a great way to start eating right. It gives you a cleaner system in order to start eating well.

I have to respond to the last review, to dispell the insinuation that the reviews were not authentic customers. I was a little suspicious myself, until a friend of mine who completed the colonix wrote a review. There it was, exactly as she had written it. Then I too, did the cleanse, wrote a testimonial, and it was posted immediately with ABSOLUTELY NO EDITING. So, after loving the colonix, I decided to go for the TOXINOUT. I have not yet written a review on this, being only in week 3, i like to wait until i complete the program. So i'm breaking my rule here, but this product works. My skin is breaking out like crazy from the detox, my IBS issues are gone, pms cramps are gone, and I have nothing bad to say about it, except that you have to take quite a few capsules throughout the day. Go for it, it's the real deal. Just cleanse. PS...colonix fiber is great with vanilla soy milk, definitely the best out there.

April 3rd I started a very healthy low carb high protein diet similar to the Atkin's Diet, but with more fruits, nuts and salads, in order to lose some weight, since it worked for me well several years before. I searched online for a product that would be good to detox my body and found the info on Colonix and Toxinout. I spent a couple of days reading lots of the reviews/testimonials from "customers" and was convinced to give the product a try, even tho someone I asked told me the product is not worth the money. So I purchased 3 months supply of the expensive Colonix and Toxinout systems and started taking them on April 25th, by then I had lost 18 lbs. on the low carb high protein diet. I followed the directions precisely and drank at least 8 cups of water a day. The fiber powder has a very revolting taste even mixed with juice. The taste is so disgusting I had to hold my breath and swallow it as quickly as possible, but I figure that was a small price to pay if the product work the way it's supposed to. The following few days I didn't notice any dramatic bowel movements, only thing different was much more intense yellow looking urine, and had several small very soft vowel movements instead of just 1 or 2 soft BMs. The next few days the movements decreased back to 1 or 2 small BMs a day, sometimes soft, sometimes normal-hard. On April 29th I had bad cramps at least 3 times that day. The next day as soon as I got up I started having chest pains. Thinking it might be gas or heartburn I waited a while to see if the chest pain would go away, but it kept getting a little worst. I tried to lay down and the pain got much worst, so had to get back up. The pain didn't feel anything like heartburn or acid reflux which I have had in the past, before I started eating healthier. I called the help line from my health insurance and told the nurse my symptoms. She told me to call 911 and go to the hospital just to make sure I wasn't in danger. So I called 911 and the paramedics came and examined me and took me to the hospital. I spent most of the morning til early evening in the emergency room with the chest pain getting worst, having difficulty breathing, and unable to lay down flat on the bed, which would make the chest pain worst. Then was moved to ICU where I spent a few hours with arrhythmia in the form of tachycardia, with my heart beating up 135 beats a minute whenever I moved or got out of the bed to use the bathroom. A doctor finally gave me a shot of a medication which got my heart beating more normally. At midnight I was moved out of ICU to a room on another floor. I spent the night at the hospital, not being able to lay flat on the bed and still feeling mild chest pains up til the next afternoon. The doctors never found out what caused the chest pains or the tachycardia. The chest pain was gone by the time I got home in the afternoon and I didn't have any chest pain since then. I think what may had caused the chest pains may had been dehydration, maybe caused by all the fiber in the Colonix, but that's just a theory. I stop taking the Colonix and Toxinout for a couple of days, but then continue taking it, didn't want to give up on it so quickly, making sure to drink plenty of water. Continued to have pretty much the same results as before, with 2 or 3 small BMs a day. Had cramps a couple of times another day. By May 14 I had lost 22 lbs. on the low carb high protein diet. The results of the Colonix and Toxinout so far had been disappointing. I never had any weird or disgusting looking BMs like those shown on the DrNatura site, my BMs stayed pretty much the same. I'm seriously thinking of returning the 2 months I have left of the products for a refund. So I don't think I would recommend this product over another similar product. Since I can't prove that the products caused my chest pains I won't give it a 1 star rating. Can't give it more than 2 stars since I feel it didn't work as advertized or made me feel any different than before I started taking it.
