You will release so much waste it is crazy... You will feel lighter after the clense. Just make sure you have easy access to a toilet... When it comes it comes... U got less than 5min. to find a restroom.

I am 45 year old female and have had chonic sluggish bowel and constipation (like not going to the bathroom for a week at a time) since I was a very young child. Went to all types of doctors, was prescribed medication, told to take miralax daily, etc. Nothing ever worked and no medical answers. Now as gross as it is, if you have never suffered this type of chronic constipation it actually makes you sick and you get to the point you cannot eat because of all the backed up toxins in your colon. I have always been very active, played sports, cylcling and running and drank at least a half gallon of water every day and still I was constipated. So that was not the probelm. I had tried every colon detox system on the market and spent lot of money. However, when I stumbled upon this product I took a chance and I have to say this has been the answer for me. The oxy-powder works wonderfula and as advertised. For me it is work the money. I have spent much more than this cost over the years for both prescription and colon cleansing products that did not deliver. Oxy-Power WORKS......try it and you will never use anything else.

I take 5 pills at 11pm on an empty stomach with a full bottle of water. The next day, usually between 10am and 12noon I will go to the bathroom (very liquidy, not to be too graphic)about 3 times during work and then an additional 2 more times in the evening. The trick is to drink a LOT of water. This insures movement. Otherwise it just gets stuck in there. I always lose 3-5 pounds of sheer waste every time. I also decreases my waist line and eliminates my "kangaroo pouch". I've been taking these pills "as needed" for over a year now and they work every time... I do notice, however, that If I take them for a few days in a row they lose their effect. My suggestion is take them one night out of every month as a maintenance routine. Other than liquidy stool for a few days i do not notice any other side effects. I feel better all around after each cleanse. Remember... If you're going to give it a shot... DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!!!!!!!!!

This product was okay, I don't know that I would recommend it. For a while it worked and kind of got me regular, I didn't even finish a bottle so I don't know how accurate I can review it. I managed to get myself regular just by watching my diet and so I have no need for a colon cleanse product. However of all the colon cleansers out there if you want to use one this would be the one I would actually recommend you try. But I would make sure you try it over a long weekend because you will spend a lot of time in the restroom at first.

This product is the only thing that has worked for me after years of both over the counter and prescription medicines. I have hard stools and this works just fine I can control how soft I want my stools to be. I took a bottle to my Doctor and she thanked me for telling her about the product. She wrote down the amazon.com address as health stores I had contacted did not carry Oxy-Powder. I digest my food better and feel better. I even experimented with yellow cheese and the Oxy-Powder worked. I did have to take more of the Oxy-Powder.

I searched and searched for a colon cleanse. I decided to try this one, and it worked very well. I was having a movement about every four says, and after day one of the product I had one to two movements a day. I took a month supply in 2 weeks as a cleanse and now Im regular as can be.

I started using this stuff to clean the pipes. As im getting older its harder to use the bathroom & this stuff is great. Again some people can use it & some can not. Always try something once & if it works for you stick to it. If it doesnt try another thing until you are happy. Simple & to the point, it works for me.

I have been on this off and on for the past year... I HIGHLY recommend starting small (say, one or two pills each night before bedtime) for a week...build up your stamina, thereafter, ingest at your own pace, but DO NOT exceed 4 or 5 pills a night (excessive diarrhea)... Obviously, it produces diarrhea, and (when taken with a pro-biotic) makes you emit farting sounds (there, I said it) after a day or so of beginning use... After about three or four weeks of constant use, lay off the pills for a week or so...you can tell when to lay off, because the diarrhea that issues becomes more loose with some "bloody" bits. Please allow your colon and sphincter muscle to heal... You WILL lose some weight, not grandiose, but it does clean out your system...not sure though, if your body and intestines absorb healthy nutrients with this stuff...as food seems to "pass through" your intestines fairly quickly... Like everything, do it in moderation...a little at a time...spend a month or two.

Bowtrol works for me. It worked even better when I was heavier. I have problems going to the restroom and it is a natural way to keep me regular.

I took three pills a night for thirty days and I definitely feel it helped remove trapped waste. I'm more regular now and less bloated.

Colonix & Toxinout may cost more than some other products, but my family's health is worth every penny!!! It surprises me that some people would say these are overpriced but would choose to spend a small fortune on junk that does the body harm! My family used these products 3 years ago and were extremely pleased with the results. It's definitley time to reorder. When allergies and asthma come calling, I know it must be time for Colonix & Toxinout! I think of the benefits and cannot help but conclude that Colonix & Toxinout are absolutely priceless! Whoever says it's overpriced could not possibly have tried it!

hi, i'm very sorry to report that after a month of using this product i've not noticed any effect, at all...:( ???? i'm disappointed! oh yeah and just about forgot to mention that i received an email offering me 25$ voucher for a 5* review!!!! shocking, isnt it?!! where is the point then???

I have used this product annually three times now. It does make a difference if the person using it is patient and follows the directions. GNC has even jumped on this band wagon and I could just go there and buy their version but I am confident in this brand. I have convinced others in using it and they believed once going through the process. Like other natural things, the approximate 30 day process is perfect to not shock your system. The health and improvement I gained outweighed the price.

[...] I did alot of reading before making my decision and have no regrets on day 12 of the program. I am a 30 yr. old female, I excercise regularly, I do NOT eat healthy. I have been constipated my entire life (going about once a week) and have had problems with acne the past 5 years while my skin was almost perfect growing up. With the Colonix program I have experienced the exact "results" described on the website. I have been going 2-3 xs daily without any discomfort or urgency at all. On day 12 my skin has cleared up, my hair does not come out in clumps in the shower and the fact that I am going regularly and without any difficulty is HUGE for me! I was suprised at reading that people hate the taste of the fiber mix. It smells a little like bananas & has very lttle flavor at all, I mix it with water. It is very important to drink your 2 liters of water a day, which I have. This does not disrupt your lifestyle at all, you can go to work & live life as usual. Oh, but I did give up my coffee when starting the program and that has not been easy, but I really needed to do this anyway. I am now motivated to make other changes towards a healthier lifestyle, like eating better and quitting smoking. You take the pills and drink the fiber before breakfast, drink water through-out the day and drink the delicious tea before bed. I plan to order a 2nd month, and hopefully a 3rd if I can afford it! Expensive, but worth it!

April 3rd I started a very healthy low carb high protein diet similar to the Atkin's Diet, but with more fruits, nuts and salads, in order to lose some weight, since it worked for me well several years before. I searched online for a product that would be good to detox my body and found the info on Colonix and Toxinout. I spent a couple of days reading lots of the reviews/testimonials from "customers" and was convinced to give the product a try, even tho someone I asked told me the product is not worth the money. So I purchased 3 months supply of the expensive Colonix and Toxinout systems and started taking them on April 25th, by then I had lost 18 lbs. on the low carb high protein diet. I followed the directions precisely and drank at least 8 cups of water a day. The fiber powder has a very revolting taste even mixed with juice. The taste is so disgusting I had to hold my breath and swallow it as quickly as possible, but I figure that was a small price to pay if the product work the way it's supposed to. The following few days I didn't notice any dramatic bowel movements, only thing different was much more intense yellow looking urine, and had several small very soft vowel movements instead of just 1 or 2 soft BMs. The next few days the movements decreased back to 1 or 2 small BMs a day, sometimes soft, sometimes normal-hard. On April 29th I had bad cramps at least 3 times that day. The next day as soon as I got up I started having chest pains. Thinking it might be gas or heartburn I waited a while to see if the chest pain would go away, but it kept getting a little worst. I tried to lay down and the pain got much worst, so had to get back up. The pain didn't feel anything like heartburn or acid reflux which I have had in the past, before I started eating healthier. I called the help line from my health insurance and told the nurse my symptoms. She told me to call 911 and go to the hospital just to make sure I wasn't in danger. So I called 911 and the paramedics came and examined me and took me to the hospital. I spent most of the morning til early evening in the emergency room with the chest pain getting worst, having difficulty breathing, and unable to lay down flat on the bed, which would make the chest pain worst. Then was moved to ICU where I spent a few hours with arrhythmia in the form of tachycardia, with my heart beating up 135 beats a minute whenever I moved or got out of the bed to use the bathroom. A doctor finally gave me a shot of a medication which got my heart beating more normally. At midnight I was moved out of ICU to a room on another floor. I spent the night at the hospital, not being able to lay flat on the bed and still feeling mild chest pains up til the next afternoon. The doctors never found out what caused the chest pains or the tachycardia. The chest pain was gone by the time I got home in the afternoon and I didn't have any chest pain since then. I think what may had caused the chest pains may had been dehydration, maybe caused by all the fiber in the Colonix, but that's just a theory. I stop taking the Colonix and Toxinout for a couple of days, but then continue taking it, didn't want to give up on it so quickly, making sure to drink plenty of water. Continued to have pretty much the same results as before, with 2 or 3 small BMs a day. Had cramps a couple of times another day. By May 14 I had lost 22 lbs. on the low carb high protein diet. The results of the Colonix and Toxinout so far had been disappointing. I never had any weird or disgusting looking BMs like those shown on the DrNatura site, my BMs stayed pretty much the same. I'm seriously thinking of returning the 2 months I have left of the products for a refund. So I don't think I would recommend this product over another similar product. Since I can't prove that the products caused my chest pains I won't give it a 1 star rating. Can't give it more than 2 stars since I feel it didn't work as advertized or made me feel any different than before I started taking it.
