I will never buy this particular item again. I purchase this product to use it with the acai and it really didn't work for me. Have tried one other brand from amazon and got 10x better results. Not sure if its me or the formula is not strong enough. This is a good product. It never causes cramping, and yet works great. I take it every day. I would recommend it to anyone.
