I am currently using this product and I find it to be effective. Although I have not lost an extreme amount of weight it has been very good at appetite control, energy and cleansing. As far as losing the weight, I am not heavy to begin with and was just looking to lose about 5 pounds, which I did. I workout a lot and on a fairly healthy diet, so do not want to lose so much that it would result it muscle loss. I find this product significantly more effective than other weight loss products, mainly due to the fact it does not result in any type of nervous feeling! I would recommend this product, but keep in mind it is not a miracle drug, but a very good supplement to an exercise program and a healthy diet.

This is no miracle pill, but it can definitely aid in weight loss. I used it in tandem with a change in diet and increase exercised, however i noticed that i no longer have cravings for carbs and am generally less hungry. It takes less food to make me full, which is nice as i was a mild overeater. It has increased my energy levels a significant amount, however i have noticed no increased bowl movements so if you are looking for a real colon cleanser this is not for you. I researched all of the ingredients on the bottle and they are all natural herbs with natural health benefits as this company claims they are. I have experienced no negative side affects of this pill and after i reach my goal weight i will reduce dosage from 2 pills to only one in the morning.

I have been taking this product for two weeks now and have not had any changes in either weight or energy level. I also increased my exercise and still nothing. Do these pills affect people differently? Should I increase the dosage? I really want this to work because of the fact that it's natural and the health benefits of the acai berry are so good. Have to lose 15 lbs. for a wedding in 4 months. Can anyone help?

i got the bottle today but the writing on the bottle was not clear as if the bottle is old or something. can you help me in how is the instruction to take this pill and how often ? thank you a lot

I have spent needless $ on products that make me feel like crap. I feel shacky and on edge, or sick to my stomach. This does not do this. It's fairly gentle. Thank you!!

after seeing reviews for this product before buying, I decided to only use half the recommended dosage because people had said that the dosage was too much. After not experiencing ANY results after day 1 of the colon cleanse, I upped the dosage to the recommended 12 capsules a day. It is now day 3 and I haven't seen any results yet. The reviews said that 12 capsules were too much, but I beg to differ. I will update as I get closer to day 10, but disappointed as of now.

I didn't like this product and ended up throwing it away. I took two of the capsules and became sick on the stomach. Because of that, I never gave it a chance to work because I wasn't able to take the amount I needed to take.

It works great and I feel much better than before. In have been constipation for a long time and have been seeing Gastro specialist and run all the tests and see nothing wrong with me. Start taking this pill and it's work wonder. I'm not jokling and it's the best cure for me. I will keep continued and continued taking this.

I think this is good for general maint. It took a lot longer to work than I expected. I'm a very regular person but I like the idea of cleaning out from time to time. It took about 2 days to take effect only taking one pill.

Works great and is worth the money. If you don't have a problem taking all the pills you will be happy. I only used two in the morning and two in the evening. Did not feel I needed to take more. Worked great and I am happy. Just tried a different brand and did not even come close.

I don't know why so many people are shouting "Scam!" I suspect they're simply uneducated about how this product is supposed to work. In one month I lost 5 pounds without changing my normal diet and exercise, which included three square meals a day and daily stretching, push-ups, sit-ups, squats and a brief jog - 10-15 minutes. I'm not big into working out, I just want to maintain my health while getting rid of that "spare tire." I had heard about people getting some stomach cramps while taking the pill. I felt some cramping, but it was extremely minor - but what do you expect from a diet pill that's going to flush your system? I've just started round two with Acai Berry/Vital Cleanse and I'm planning to boost my exercise routine and cut back on some sugar and sweets. I'm just a Joe-Schmo. I eat pizza and burgers (though not excessively, maybe once a week) and I work at a desk most of the day. Taking care of my health is becoming a priority. Acai Berry/Vital Cleanse is helping.

I'm sorry but this pill combination has made no effect on my weight or inches. I even cut out a lot of things that I should not have been eating also, with no effect. Haha Ive ordered it and noticed quite a big change in energy use to I could only run a mile now I can run 2 miles and still want to run more...and thats after 3 days of taking it....As for the guy that says look at all the 5 star ratings they only have 1 review so do 4 of the 5 1 star rating also hah! so it would seem that other companies are making accounts and reviewing this item so they can sell theres instead....hah this review buisness all seems like crap to me...hah but either way I took it and love it:) havent even had it a week and ive felt more motivated than ever...im 19 and almost bald hah! funny stuff huh well my hair is starting to grow back already also..*no joke*;) anyways all these reviews are hard to believe is my point so really the only thing you can do is try it yourself and dont judge it by reviews cause reviews= fail in this case
