I'm writing this review, after completely finishing my bottle of Co Clean. Co Clean did generate some bowel movements, but it was not nearly as fast or effective as I'd hoped. Using this product, I did NOT notice any drop in my weight. I would not buy this product again. I found Co Clean to be a waste of money, as I don't feel it cleaned me out all that well. I also prefer capsules to tablets for supplements because I think the stomach breaks capsules down better. I've gotten much better and more reliable results using Oxy-PowderOxy-Powder Colon Cleanse, Super Colon CleanseSuper Colon Cleanse, Dietary Supplement, Good Source of Fiber, 240 capsules and even inexpensive digestion teas than with Co Clean.

I do have a mixed feeling about this product. It did clean your system pretty well at the beginning. I had to go to the bathroom 5 times a day for the 2nd and 3rd day. ( it started to decrease when your body is getting used to it)I lost about 3 pounds within a week and half and my stomach was less bloated. However, things got worse about 2 weeks aftering taking this product. My stools became REALLY hard, and I was constipated. ( I didn't have any problem going to bathroom before taking the product) That was why I stopped using the product. It took 3 days for my schedule to go back to normal!!! It has been 2 weeks since I stopped using the pills, and my weight only went back up 1/2 pound. So... I guess is a good thing;)

If you are taking any kind of medication be aware that this product might make it less potent. Since everything goes through you a lot faster a serious medication might not work. I found out the hard way.

I THINK THE CO CLEAN IS A GREAT PRODUCT , I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY I HAVE LOST 10LBS ON IT SO FAR I JUST ABOUT DONE WITH MY 4WK. I WILL WAIT FOR 10-14 DAYS AND REORDER THIS PRODUCT AGAIN.

This is an amazing product. Not looking to lose weight, just have a digestive system that works on a regular, daily basis and this product does it. I have never experenced any cramping or bloating. I'm a 120 woman who stays at 120 with this product and eating healthy everyday. My problem was always irregularity, and this product helped that. I have energy to take on more and more each day.

I have been overweight all my life and have tried so many diet pills out there that all failed for me. I went to a weight loss doctor and he told me that cleansing the internal system will aid in weight loss. I bought a bottle of Co-Clean and boy was he right. I couldn't believe all the waste and toxins my body was holding! After using the colon cleanse for 2 weeks I began to see how much easier it was to lose weight. I'm losing about 3-4 pounds a week now, and am almost at my goal weight that I have been trying to attain for the last 8 years!

While it's not something I'd like my kids to talk about at the dinner table, this product helped me a lot! I've heard so much about cleanses, so I decided to give it a shot. I'm glad I did. The product works, and I feel great. Thanks Amazon! This is a 5 star winner.

IF I COULD RATE THIS WITH NO STAR AT ALL I WOULD DO JUST THAT! I purchased a 3 month supply of this and after 2 /2 weeks sent the company an email asking if the symptoms I was experiencing were normal. I never got a response back from them so I tried contacting them again, this time to return 2 of the 3 bottles ordered. They denied my request - said it only has a 30 day return policy but "you can request it in writing". Yeah - you can but they will deny it. Convenient how they ignored my first email past the 30 days. I spent most of my time in the bathroom with horrible cramps. I was in pain a lot of the time. I even had to get up at night several times to go to the bathroom. The only person I might recommend this to is my worst enemy. Horrible customer service and the product plan sucks!

I started taking co-clean last month and not only do I feel healthier I have also lost some weight. I guess doing a cleanse and detixifying your body of all those toxins and things Oprah talks about is really true.
