Although I have not lost an extreme amount of weight it has been very good at appetite control, energy and cleansing. As far as losing the weight, I am not heavy to begin with and was just looking to lose about 5 pounds, which I did. I workout a lot and on a fairly healthy diet, so do not want to lose so much that it would result it muscle loss. I find this product significantly more effective than other weight loss products, mainly due to the fact it does not result in any type of nervous feeling! I would recommend this product, but keep in mind it is not a miracle drug, but a very good supplement to an exercise program and a healthy diet. This is no miracle pill, but it can definitely aid in weight loss. I used it in tandem with a change in diet and increase exercised, however i noticed that i no longer have cravings for carbs and am generally less hungry. It takes less food to make me full, which is nice as i was a mild overeater. It has increased my energy levels a significant amount, however i have noticed no increased bowl movements so if you are looking for a real colon cleanser this is not for you. I researched all of the ingredients on the bottle and they are all natural herbs with natural health benefits as this company claims they are. I have experienced no negative side affects of this pill and after i reach my goal weight i will reduce dosage from 2 pills to only one in the morning. I have been taking this product for two weeks now and have not had any changes in either weight or energy level. I also increased my exercise and still nothing. Do these pills affect people differently? Should I increase the dosage? I really want this to work because of the fact that it's natural and the health benefits of the acai berry are so good. Have to lose 15 lbs. for a wedding in 4 months. Can anyone help? i got the bottle today but the writing on the bottle was not clear as if the bottle is old or something. can you help me in how is the instruction to take this pill and how often ? thank you a lot I have spent needless $ on products that make me feel like crap.
