My husband has been taking this product and exercising and has been able to loose weight and keep it off. It also appears that he eats less than he usually eats. The delivery of the product was timely and I think that it was a good purchase overall. I order some for my self and son but he doesn't have as mush problems as me I guess cause he is so young. I have gain the most from this product as I am more older it helped me with arthritis. I also bought one for a family member who has cancer I hope it help them as good as it has me. I feel this is very good product and will order more when I run out and the seller is very nice he sent a nice letter with the product. Acai Pure-Acai Cleanse Weightloss 1,200 Formula, 270ctReviewsAmazon should require showing the label like vitacost, it's actually 400mg 4:1 extract per capsule and not a full 1200mg of acai like the front of the bottle says, I suspect that 1200mg wouldn't fit in one capsule anyhow, but I'll try it and update the review. I've been using this product for about a month now. Following the directions, I take a capsules 3 times a day. I feel more energized especially in the late afternoon when I'd feel extra tired and sometimes need a cup of coffee to get through it. It has, however, made me very regular (up to 3x a day!), but without the 'having to run to the bathroom' surprises like some high fiber supplements. As for the weight loss (since it's advertised here as a cleanse and weight loss supplement), I haven't seen any results. I eat rather well, avoid processed foods, white flour and white sugar, and exercise several times a week with spinning, running and strength training. I am of average weight and haven't seen any significant weight loss. The label doesn't say anything about weight loss, but I admit I didn't buy this product for that. I will continue to use this product just for the great energy boost it gives me without the caffeine jitters and other side effects. I have had the pleasure of using Acai now for over two years, well before it was popular from the Oprah, Dr OZ and Rachel Ray shows!! I L-O-V-E Acai and it's wonderful health, natural cleansing and weightloss benefits. I did a LOT of research before deciding which Acai to purchase and use, over the internet. Acai, from Living Orchard Naturals is pure, naturally harvested, and farmed under fair trade... and the company will validate their purity of the Acai with a lab analysis. No other brand will dare do that. Why? because they contain a bunch of fillers and Acai that isn't pure. Plus, Living Orchard's Acai is 270 vegetarian capsules, which lasts a full 90 days. There is NO better deal on the internet or in retail for this type of pure Acai. For these reasons, I give this Acai 5 out of 5 stars and HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking to receive the VERY BEST Acai on the market, at a VERY FAIR price, and experience all of the WONDERFUL benefits of real, pure Acai!! Although I have not lost an extreme amount of weight it has been very good at appetite control, energy and cleansing. I find this product significantly more effective than other weight loss products, mainly due to the fact it does not result in any type of nervous feeling! This is no miracle pill, but it can definitely aid in weight loss. I used it in tandem with a change in diet and increase exercised, however i noticed that i no longer have cravings for carbs and am generally less hungry. It takes less food to make me full, which is nice as i was a mild overeater. It has increased my energy levels a significant amount, however i have noticed no increased bowl movements so if you are looking for a real colon cleanser this is not for you. I researched all of the ingredients on the bottle and they are all natural herbs with natural health benefits as this company claims they are. I have experienced no negative side affects of this pill and after i reach my goal weight i will reduce dosage from 2 pills to only one in the morning. I have been taking this product for two weeks now and have not had any changes in either weight or energy level. I also increased my exercise and still nothing. Do these pills affect people differently? Should I increase the dosage? I really want this to work because of the fact that it's natural and the health benefits of the acai berry are so good. Have to lose 15 lbs. for a wedding in 4 months. This one is cut with maltodextrin and I really didn't care for the taste. That's not to say you won't. The sambazon is a little more expensive but it's pure ACAI not cut with anything and it's much better packaged, organic, free trade, etc. It has an entirely different texture and taste that I personally prefer. This product does dissolve better than the Sambazon I guess that's why they cut it with the Maltodextrin. Again it's a taste issue for me. I'll pay a little extra for the Sambazon and get the pure ACAI. Whichever brand you find, try ACAI! I've been taking it for about two months and it's great for energy level, loaded with antioxidants (think I read one scoop of Sambazon = three servings of fruit) and it has definitely boosted my metabolism and jump started my diet. There's all this hype about Acai berries. I bought this because it seemed like a reasonable price. Think about this, though: 1 ounce is about 28 grams (give or take). This is a small pouch. I didn't notice any results from taking it but maybe you need to take it longer than this lasted me. However, I'm not spending all that money to find out!!! This is my 2'nd order from Grass Hut and the quality of the acai is excellent. My girlfriend from Brazil recommended it. They always include a free small acai guarana energy drink to sample. When I got this, I had no Idea how much power it holds. I just had one teaspoon and Wow! It was like blast off. I was so full of Energy all at once. This is for sure a Real Superfood. It mixes well in smoothies or in with Raw Cacao. Just try this one time and you will be hooked. Everyone that comes over here I give them one teaspoon and they want to buy some too. Usually, I wake up after 10 hours of sleep and I'm still tired; I just feel rejuvenated with this stuff. Also, I've not had any PMS, which is REALLY unusual. I didn't have but 2 days between running out of Acai juice blend and starting the Fruit Juice Extreem, but I can see that the energized effect is not something that has a long half-life, so to speak. I will have to take the FJE (or drink high concentrate Acai juice blend) everyday. I'm okay with that. I look forward to taking the FJE for the next month or so (I bought the 3 bottle pack) and seeing if the effects diminish over time.
