I am someone who doesn't have any particular trouble down there, eat my vegetables & 8-cups of h20, but wanted to aim for more than 1 elimination per day as most nutritionists are promoting. I only take 1 every other day and that already lets me go 1-2 times a day with ease. I also found my face with less blemishes or oil spots lately. I am not an advocate of chemical laxatives as a form of daily elimination. My parents take just one on a Monday and one a Friday (to avoid building up a habit) but they informed me they are daily eliminating 1-2 times a day! I advise not to overdue as with any supplement - natural or chemical. As for waste loss, it has aided in helping maintain my weight and noticed my 'pot belly' shape slowly going away. I don't get any gurgle feeling, but I have not tried to push the max 6 per day ever. I still want to avoid taking more than necessary. Also I allow break periods, the most being 2 weeks and I still went daily with ease. Key word for me about this product is "Easy".

Shipping was as high as product, and it was too high.I assumed that shipping was free , never showed untill it was too late. Product was not as strong as that i buy elswhere .I dont know why, well never again. This review is more on the seller who ripped me off on shipping. who never put shipping in plain site for a weak poor quality product.

Super Cleanse is working for me and is very gentle. Will continue to purchase and use.

I have severe constipation and this product did nothing for me. Must just be my own system that will not respond to this product. Guess I'll continue to use the laxatives.

This product makes you going to restroom more often and it can cause Mr. D. At first I felt like it cleanses, now after 2 weeks I donot have this feeling anymore. I will continue taking it for another 2 weeks and then I will see if it will have had any positive influence on my body.

It works, but I have to take about 10 tabs before it starts working. Easy on the stomach.

I was once at a health spa, and one of the people there put together a mixture of herbs that naturally aid the digestive system. Speaking frankly, she said if you eat three times a day, you should go three times a day. This product listed many of the same herbs she used in her mixture. Unlike laxatives, which clean you out in an aggressive manner, this works in a very mild way and just helps you to go naturally. I have never experienced any cramping or negative issues associated with this product. I endorse it as a healthy way to help you become "regular". I don't personally believe that "cleanse" products will rid your body of toxins, or help you to lose weight. But, for going regularly, this is an EXCELLENT product. And Amazon offers them for a great price.

Plain and simple. They work. A Health Food Store recommended these and I tried them. When I went to buy more, I checked out Amazon's price and there was a special for them and I saved HUGE. I take one a day and have for over a year now. They work.

Used this product for 30 days as directed. By the third day, I took 3 in the morning and 3 at night. Nothing happened for the first week, and then WHOA. I was running to the bathroom a lot. Pretty much for the rest of the duration of this "cleanse", when you have to go, you HAVE to go. Other than that, this product totally cured my acne problem. I'm not too sure about the whole weight loss claims, as I am already a regular daily exerciser.

I've used this product (daily) for years; it really works! This was the best price I've ever seen for it, too.

I purchased this product because it was recommended to go with the Acai Berry product that I was using and have not noticed any significant difference while using it. This could be because I am very regular and have never needed any type laxitive or bowel or colon cleanser. I would reccommend it to anyone who need to detox or colon cleansing. I am not sure I would buy it again since it was to be used in conjunction with the Acai product for weight loss and to boost the immune system. The only thing I experienced was an increase in my energy level. This is not to say you won't experience a different result.

Satisfied with the product! This great product is also sold in a set of 3, which is more economic if you have a chronic problem. The set of 3 is sold for $29.00.

I have tried several of the leading brands and have found this combination to be the best. The doses are large so you get a lot for the money and the ingrediants are very beneficial to weight loss and good health.
